Billing

Confidence Practice is billed monthly and renews automatically until canceled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

Access

Subscription access includes:
• Weekly subscriber-only discussions
• Monthly live practice calls
• Monthly written Anchor Practices

Content is for personal use only and may not be redistributed, recorded, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

Community Guidelines (if applicable)

Participants agree to:
• Maintain respectful communication
• Protect the privacy of other members
• Refrain from sharing others’ personal information outside the container

Confidentiality

All private coaching sessions are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

For group sessions and subscription spaces, confidentiality is expected but cannot be legally guaranteed. Participants agree to respect the privacy of others.

Intellectual Property

All materials, recordings, frameworks, and written content provided are the intellectual property of Kirsten Johansen and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written consent.

Results Disclaimer

Individual results will vary. Coaching provides tools and support, but outcomes depend on each client’s participation, application, and circumstances.

No guarantees are made regarding specific results.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in coaching services, you agree that Kirsten Johansen shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation.

You assume full responsibility for your choices and actions.
